Membership
Membership is created when the user completes the required registration fields with accurate and current information. The account must be used lawfully and in accordance with this Agreement.
Account Security
The user must keep the password confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. Öğüt Tarım may request additional verification or temporarily protect an account where a security risk exists.
Acceptable Account Use
The user may not provide misleading information, use another person’s account, place fraudulent orders or misuse the system. An account may be suspended for a serious breach, fraud concern or security risk, without affecting statutory rights arising from completed orders.
Account Closure
A closure request may be sent to info@oguttarim.com. Order, invoice, return and legal records may be retained after closure for applicable statutory periods.
Personal Data and Marketing
Personal data required for membership is processed under the KVKK Privacy Notice. Membership is not conditional upon marketing consent, and the user may withdraw marketing permission at any time.
Guest Checkout and Service Messages
Where technically available, users may order as guests without creating an account. Consumer, billing, delivery and data-protection rules apply equally. Order confirmation, payment status, delivery, security and account messages are operational communications and are independent of marketing consent.
Changes and Language
This Agreement may be updated for legal or operational reasons. Material changes adverse to the user are communicated appropriately. This English version is for convenience; the Turkish version and mandatory Turkish law prevail in case of inconsistency.
